WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I fully recognize and understand that an automobile salvage yard presents certain hazards to life and limb, and that my presence in the yard to inspect and remove automobile parts is an inherently dangerous activity.

I fully recognize and understand that I may have certain legal rights and remedies with respect to injuries incurred while I am at the salvage yard.

I intend to hereby voluntarily relinquish and abandon any and all legal rights and remedies I may have against U-Pull-It Auto Parts, Inc. for any injuries I incur while in the salvage yard.

I full recognize and understand that this voluntary waiver of legal rights and remedies covers and includes injury or injuries while in the salvage yard for any purpose whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to the inspection and removal, with or without tools and any other equipment furnished by U-Pull-It Auto Parts, Inc, or myself of automobile parts.

I have carefully read this document, understand its purpose and contents, have had the opportunity to discuss this waiver with a representative of U-Pull-It Auto Parts, Inc., and do hereby reaffirm my intention to waiver my legal rights and remedies against U-Pull-It Auto Parts, Inc., by signing below.
