Occasionally we have people ask us about our mascot who always looks like he is in a hurry... You will find him on our advertising, our website and around our stores... that's our friend and company icon, Mr. Speedy Quickwrench!

SPEEDY IN THE OFFICE
Speedy was born in 1991 in Little Rock, Arkansas at our original store on Baseline road. He was the brainchild of a sign painter contracted for our first yard. The owner Gary Johnson and Speedy grew very close together in those early years as the business expanded to more acreage, more cars and more yards.
Unfortunately as the business became bigger and Gary started hiring more people to help him run the yard, Speedy and the boss grew further apart and he took less of the spotlight. I guess you could say somewhere along the way Speedy got lost in the yard...

BUT NOW SPEEDY'S BACK! As you can see he is the spokesperson and mascot for our new yards! You can find him on TV, on the web and on billboards across the state. We hope Speedy will lead us into a new our new era of Auto Recycling Yards. You can come visit Speedy at any of our yards, so please stop by sometime soon!
